Hunting, fishing, and cooking are Louisiana traditions. The Noel Collection’s exhibit -- The Great Catch -- presented a historic overview from around the world and across the ages.  Our materials showed tips for hunting or fishing trips with friends. For those who love to cook, we displayed many recipes, including some from the 18th century.
