Ready, Aim, Fire: Weaponry in Military and Civilian Life

This exhibit explored the development of tools of war, from the armor of Spanish conquistadors to the German U-boats from WWI. Books described how to fire a flintlock, parry a flanconade thrust, or engrave a rifle in our exhibit illustrating ornate weaponry and devious deeds depicted in books.
